A number of years ago now, we were nearing the eve of our annual vacation, which was to take us a good distance from home. Our usual method of maintaining contact with those we leave behind is both email and skype - using my aging laptop and accessing WiFi as we travel.
Horror of horrors, the laptop started producing the "dreaded blue screen" and finally went totally blank. My son had used ClickRight in the past and found the service to be both fast and professional, so I took a chance and dropped the laptop off at the CR offices. The problem was diagnosed immediately as a blown screen (thank goodness it wasn't a drive) and repairs were done within days. The cost was most reasonable and as I recall, included a quick analysis of the drives and a clean up of some of the garbage contained therein.
Since that visit to ClickRight, the machine has performed flawlessly and I will certainly use this company for any future computer service of repair I may need going forward.

I contacted Click Right because I had a potential virus that was causing my web browser to automatically redirect to unwanted pages. When I called and then brought in my laptop, their technician asked for important details of the issue and provided reasonable analysis (I work in IT, so know reasonable IT analysis when I hear it).
The technicians then went above and beyond by first resolving the issue, and later performing additional diagnostics to ensure that my computer was functioning normally. I do not hesitate to recommend Click Right for home computer users with computer problems!
