Our laptop batteries and adapters have a 30-day money back guarantee. If the product is defective or does not work with your laptop, simply return it for a full refund. Non-defective product returns may be accepted at ClickRight’s discretion, within 7 days of purchase and subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special order items, open box items, computers, or laptops.
