Question: How long will it take?

Answer:

All work is performed on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exception of our emergency or rush service). Most in-home or business appointments are completed within an one to two hours, though some may take longer depending on the severity of the issue or how many things you would like done.

In-shop diagnostics takes approximately 1 business day and most repairs are complete within 1 to 3 business days. However, it’s impossible to say how long it will take until we have diagnosed the issue. Once we’ve done that, we can give you a much better idea. We include a complete computer check-over, diagnostics, and cleaning for FREE with any repair.

Question: What is your service area?

Answer:

We service the Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding area. We also service Anmore, Belcara, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Burnaby for a small travel charge.

Question: Do you give estimates?

Answer:

Yes, once we’ve looked at your computer and performed a thorough check over of it, we will provide you with an estimate for the necessary repairs. We will let you know what the problem is, how we plan to solve it, and how long it will take.

Question: How can I pay?

Answer:

In-Store, we accept: Debit, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Company cheques. On-Site, we accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Company cheques. Please note that on-site technicians do not carry change.

Question: Can I reschedule my appointment?

Answer:

Absolutely! However,  please give us 24 business hours notice to avoid a cancellation / reschedule charge for on-site appointments.

Answer:
